Construct Replacement Warehouse

Client: Department of Veterans Affairs // Prescott, AZ

Project Size: $1M to $5M

Located at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System in Prescott, AZ, this project consists of general construction to remove existing structures and construction of a new warehouse facility.  Trades include Demo, Concrete, Metals, Rough Carpentry, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Openings, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Special Construction, Fire Suppression, MEP, Utility Metering System, Communications, Electronic Safety & Security, Earthwork, Exterior Improvements, and Utilities.

Radiology Expansion

Client: Department of Veterans Affairs // Prescott, AZ

Project Size: $10M to $15M

This project at the Prescott, AZ VA Medical Center consists of approximately 14,700 SF of new space and interior remodeling for the Diagnostic Imaging Department.  Included scopes involve demolition, abatement, environmental monitoring, earthwork, concrete, structural steel, MEP systems and finishes.

Construct Community Living Center

Client: Department of Veterans Affairs // Amarillo, TX

Project Size: $5M to $10M

This project at the Amarillo Veterans Affairs Health Care System includes approximately 12,000sf of new Community Living Center construction.  Work included earthwork, underground utilities, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, framing, MEP systems and finishes.

Expand Rehabilitation and Prosthetics Wings

Client: Department of Veterans Affairs // Amarillo, TX

Project Size: $5M to $10M

This project at the Amarillo Veterans Affairs Health Care System will include approximately 12,000sf of new multi-story construction and 800sf of existing renovation.  Work will include earthwork, underground utilities, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, framing, MEP systems and finishes.

New Clinical Laboratory & Pharmacy

Client: Department of Veteran Affairs // Prescott, Arizona

Project Size: $5M to $10M

Located at the Northern Arizona Health Care System, this new 18,000 SF building provides outpatient and inpatient services for the veteran patients in Prescott, Arizona .  The facility consists of a two-story, stand-alone building separated from the existing hospital.   The structure is comprised of a steel frame and cast in place concrete.  Other scopes of work included testing, demolition, masonry, carpentry, furnishings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, and earthwork. The finishes for this building include resilient tile and sheet flooring, drywall, carpet, plastering, and paint.

Client: Department of Veteran Affairs // Prescott, Arizona

Prescott VAMC

Sulphur Springs Solar

Client: Elight Electrical // Cochise, Arizona

Project Size: $50K to $100K

This project was carried out for SunPower and Elight Electrical via a subcontract agreement.  The Sulphur Springs Solar project is a 22.97 MW solar photovoltaic generation facility located in Cochise, AZ. The projects site is approximately 130 acres. Three of the nine blocks that complete the facility utilize a new proprietary voltage limiting device. It allows a 25% increase in modules per string, reducing the number of DC strings per MW of Solar.  Briston’s scope of work included the installation of medium voltage cabling, armored fiber cable and ground conductor in trenches, installation of medium voltage terminations, installation of grounding terminations at PCS locations.

Bonnybrooke Solar Farm

Client: Elight Electrical // Florence, Arizona

Project Size: $100K to $500K

This project site was carried out for SunPower and Elight Electrical via a subcontract agreement.  The Bonnybrooke Solar Farm is located in Florence, AZ and covers approximately 282 acres. The project is 50MWac capacity and 62.64MWdc, the power plant is connected to SRP energy.  The Solar plant is a single axis ground mounted Utility-scale solar project with approximately 144,000 solar panels.  Briston’s scope of work included the installation of medium voltage cabling, inner duct and ground conductor, installation of medium voltage terminations, installation of grounding terminations at PCS locations.

Site Electrical Distribution Upgrade

Client: Department of Veteran Affairs // Phoenix, Arizona

Project Size: $5M to $10M

Located at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, this project involved completely preparing the entire site for electrical distribution upgrades while the facility remained operational throughout the construction project.  This project included installation and integration of 7,685 linear feet of medium voltage duct bank and twenty one new transformers.  Key features of this project included highly coordinated traffic control, a 36″ diameter underground bore completed 24′ deep, coordinated load transfer and shutdowns to keep the facility completely operational and extensive night and weekend operations.

 

Replace Air Handler Units Phase 2

Client: Department of Veteran Affairs // Kerrville, Texas

Project Size: $5M to $10M

Replacement of Air Handling Units, including demolition, ductwork and hydronics, provide and install temporary cooling between 8-20 tons throughout the area and providing and installing a plenum stand, airflow measuring station, damper and condensate piping.  Scheduled for completion in May 2017.
